Currently St. Mary’s offers scholarships for those families who cannot afford the fees for our Children’s Faith Formation program. However, we’d like to make all Children’s Religious Education completely free for all families! The total annual cost of this initiative is $30,000.

help make the social hall an even better center for the greater community

St. Mary’s offers its social hall to so many of the area’s best charitable organizations, totally free of charge. It’s a well established beacon of the greater community, but it’s in need of serious audio and visual renovations. These renovations will not only improve the AV quality, but allow St. Mary’s to also host high-quality film screenings throughout the year that promote the arts and bring the community together to discuss values and the most important issues facing us today. The total cost of this initiative is $50,000.

help maintain the oldest catholic church in utah



Open daily for all to visit, pray at, and attend Mass, St. Mary’s Old Town Chapel is the Oldest Catholic Church in Utah. It’s a special and revered establishment of the community, a precious reminder of our roots, and a landmark for our town.The Chapel’s roof is currently in need of some upgrades. The total cost of this initiative is $13,000.

support future priests & help feed children in need

St. Mary’s is still about $13,000 short of our quota for this year’s Diocesan Development Drive (DDD), the Bishop’s annual appeal. When the new year starts—next week—St. Mary’s will have to cover the shortfall. Your gifts to the DDD form the future priests of Utah and help feed local children and families in need!
