PROMOTION REQUEST FORM
Please use the Promotion Request Form below to request the promotion of an upcoming event, program, sign-up, or other announcement through St. Mary’s (including St. Lawrence's) various communication channels (emails, social media, bulletin, pulpit announcements at Mass, etc.).
Submission of the form does not guarantee that any or all of the communication channels you request will be utilized. After receiving your request, St. Mary’s will determine the most appropriate way(s) to promote the event, program, sign-up, or other announcement and will be in contact with you shortly.
Lastly, to ensure that we are best able to promote the event, program, sign-up or other announcement, please submit the form at least one month prior to when you would like the event, program, sign-up, or other announcement to begin being promoted.
*You may choose to have your contact information published or not. Please be aware of potential phishers or scammers if you have contact information available online.
