WELCOME FROM FR. DASS

Welcome to St. Mary of the Assumption!

Dear Friends,

As your new pastor, I come with a heart full of gratitude and wonder. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve and amazed at what God can do when hearts are open to Him. Here, in this sacred space, eternity touches time. In the Eucharist, the unseen becomes visible. In each act of charity, faith becomes flesh. Let us walk together in the footsteps of Mary, who said “Yes” without knowing the whole path. Like her, we are pilgrims of trust, called not to understand everything, but to believe that God is with us, God is for us, and God is ahead of us. Christ did not build the Church on perfect people, but on willing hearts.

If your heart is searching, welcome.
If it is tired, welcome.
If it is joyful, welcome.

This is a place to rest, to rise, and to begin again. Come as you are. Let grace do the rest.
