The season of Advent is upon us which means Christmas is just around the corner. Every year St. Mary’s is host to hundreds of visitors, tourists, and extended family members at our Christmas Masses, which lays a heavy responsibility on all of us to ensure their experience, and ours, is prayerful, beautiful, and memorable. We need the help of ALL ministers, past, present and visiting. Thank you.
For each of the Christmas Eve Masses at the Eccles Center (5 & 7 PM), we will be looking for 13 EM/Ushers, 1 Lector, 2 Lobby Greeters and 1 PowerPoint operator (training provided) for each Mass. Please note, couples need to sign up individually. Those wishing to serve multiple Masses need to sign up for each Mass. PLEASE sign up for your preferred Mass(es) below. CHRISTMAS EVE AT ECCLES CENTER | 5 PM & 7 PM
Each year St. Mary’s welcomes approximately 1400 people to each of the Masses held at the Eccles Center. It is necessary to have 13 Eucharistic Ministers, 1 Lector, 2 Lobby Greeters and 1 PowerPoint operator at each Mass so that everything runs as smoothly as possible. Each EM will also serve as Usher during the collection to cut down on the number of volunteers needed. ALL Volunteers are asked to arrive at the Eccles Center ½ hour prior to each Mass for training.
